Bobovisca is a small village situated on the western side of the island of Brac, only one chilometer from the sea. Bobovisca
at sea is a sheltered deep cove, protected from all the winds, and it
is very safe for smaller vessels. All the three villages: Bobovisca at sea, Lozisca and Bobovisca are only a half an hour away by car from the Brac airport. In the place of Bobovisca
there are also a couple of houses of the Nazor family – including the
house in which the famous Croatian poet Vladimir Nazor spent his
childhood. Besides walking around the three villages, a visit to Milna
is reccommended, but also to the monastery of Blaca, the archelological
museum at Skrip and a trip to Vidova Gora. If you are looking for a peaceful, family vacation – Bobovisca is the right place for you.
